Title: Branch Manager Location: Dubai Company: Skelton Tomkinson Description: The branch manager of out Dubai operations will be responsible for the development, management and sales of international freight forwarding, customs brokerage operations and logistics within the Dubai region. This position will implement all established procedures relating to export and import activities, maintain service performance levels and work within the branch budget. The manager will be directly involved with the sales development of new business and lead an operational team in accomplishing the company goals. This position will have direct responsibility for the success, growth, and development of strong internal and external relationships at all levels in order to be responsive to changing customer/market requirements. Experience: • Experience in the foregoing is required • Extensive regional contacts and business knowledge • Prior management experience • Minimum of 5 years logistics management experience required Education: • Education in the foregoing would be an advantage • CHB (Custom House Broker) Licence would be an advantage.
